On this episode of The Jake Dunlap Show, Claude Silver, Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia shares how as a young person, her parents told her that she “thought too much with her heart, and instead needed to think with her head,” combined with her dyslexia lead to her feeling a sense of humility in almost every situation in her career - even though beneath the surface she knew she was a “raging empath.”. One day while on a Wilderness Leadership Program, Claude was faced with a choice: break her ankle and have an excuse to go home, or power through and embrace the change. She decided to embrace the change and lean into one of the most transformational periods of her life.
